We are committed to our community's health by providing a relaxed, family-friendly environment. We take the time to answer questions for our patients, prior to treatment, so that we can reduce their anxiety about both the cost and process.
Our goal is for every patient to leave fully informed of their dental condition. We do not push unnecessary treatments, instead, we use intra-oral photos, x-rays as well as a one-on-one discussion to effectively communicateyour options. We always discuss costs prior to treatment to reduce anxiety over finances.
We understand the link between dental inflammatory disease and cardiovascular health. We know the effect on one's psyche from inability to smile confidently. We know the negative effect of not having natural teeth on one's lifespan. We are here to provide opportunity to improve your health. We desire a meaningful, long-term relationships with our patients, addressing the relationship between dental disease and systemic health. We want the children we see today to bring in their family for dental care in 20 years time.
Professional and friendly atmosphere. No rush. Took time answer all my questions before beginning my procedure.

Dentist & Owner
Dr. Roach was born and raised in Pasco and was in the first graduating class of Tri-Cities Prep. He went to Creighton University for dental school and returned home to treat his community. Dr. Roach is an inveterate adventurer, but after years of travel is happy to explore the PNW with his wife Sydney and two young children.
Patient Care Coordinator
Cory is a life-long Tri-Citian and recent addition to the TRD team. Cory excels with numbers and prides herself in delivering the same service that she desires. Cory is Dr. Roach’s mother-in-law and enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren.
Assistant
Alena has been an assistant of Dr. Roach's since the day he bought the practice and is a cornerstone of the TRD experience. Over the last nine years, she has learned to be a vital part of our team, doing everything from implants to scheduling patients at the front desk. Alena works to make everyone comfortable, welcome, and out of the office on time!
Patient Care Coordinator
Maegan has been the anchor of the front desk for the last four years, and her smile is the first thing you will see at TRD. Maegan was born and raised in the Tri, where she now raises her four beautiful kids. Maegan is a football enthusiast and a kick in the pants. She gets the most coffees and flowers from our patient family, so I guess she is the patient-favorite.
Patient Experience
Will is another native of the Tri and spends limited time in the office when he is not singing opera. Will has a masters degree in opera and taught himself German. He helps on Fridays, calling to make sure each restoration placed that week feels right-to-bite. He also hassles insurance companies making sure they cover their share of your bill!
Dental Assistant
Noora immigrated to the Tri-Cities from Iraq in 2013. She lives with her husband and two small children. She is an amazing cook and feeds our staff well. Just don’t make her wash dishes.
